The toolkit contains national data and analysis primarily, but also links to state-specific information. Each topic includes talking points to guide state advocacy efforts for the 2023 legislative sessions. Topics include inflation, potential recession, and state fiscal conditions as they relate to the funding of public education. The talking points have been curated to reflect the best sources available that are credible and appropriately aligned in supporting public education. The toolkit is a living document and will be updated periodically in response to changing circumstances.
