Memo: NSEA Supports AB1 (2017)

NSEA supports AB 1, requiring the payment of undergraduate fees and expenses of the dependent child of a public employee who is killed in the performance of his or her duties.

NSEA believes the expansion of the Trust Account for the Education of Dependent Children to dependents of any Nevada public employee killed in the line of duty is the right thing to do for the families of those who have given their lives in service to Nevada.
