On Thursday, May 9, 2019, Judge Earley ruled on a variety of pending matters.
Published: May 9, 2019

(Las Vegas, NV) - On Thursday, May 9, 2019, Judge Earley ruled on a variety of pending matters between the Clark County Education Association (CCEA) and the Nevada State Education Association (NSEA) / National Education Association (NEA). The Court ruled for NSEA/NEA on one matter and for CCEA on a variety of summary judgment motions.

While NSEA/NEA respects the rulings of the Court, we disagree with most of the decisions and will be pursuing an appeal on all dispositive motions. This matter will ultimately be determined by the Nevada Supreme Court. The case continues. The Court has issued a stay pending further information and an appeal. As additional information comes available we will provide it.
